Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist
About The Position
Drybar focuses exclusively on blowouts, with a mission summarized as: “No cuts. No color. Just blowouts, every single time!” The Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist provides hair styling and finishing services in a shop environment. The role offers hourly wages, tips, bonuses, commission opportunities, paid blowout, braid, and updo training, and opportunities to grow through management and education career paths. Schedules are flexible and set to fit employees’ lifestyles. Applicants must have weekend availability and a current, valid cosmetology license for the state in which they are applying. Cosmetology students may also apply, but must hold a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist. Each Drybar shop is independently owned and operated; franchise owners are responsible for employment decisions and employ their shop staff.
Requirements
