About The Position

Drybar is hiring a hair stylist or cosmetologist to provide blowouts and an exceptional client experience. The role focuses on blowouts, with no haircuts or color services. Stylists may also sell products and tools and help keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized. Cosmetology students may apply for a Bartender (front desk receptionist) role to gain salon experience.

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology or hairstyling license; cosmetology students may also apply for the Bartender/front desk receptionist role.
• Strong hair styling and finishing skills.
• Desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive and motivation.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts for clients.
• Provide an exceptional client experience.
• Sell products and tools.
• Complete shop side work, including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, washing dishes and glasses, and restocking product shelves.
• Attend regular meetings.
