About The Position

Love doing hair but don’t love cuts, color, chemicals, or trying to build your own clientele from scratch? Drybar might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. At Drybar, we do one thing and we do it really well: blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just styling, great hair, and making clients feel amazing. We’re looking for licensed cosmetologists who love the styling side of the beauty industry, enjoy staying busy behind the chair, and want to work somewhere that already has the clients coming in.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology license
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
• A valid cosmetology license is required before you can begin working behind the chair as a Drybar stylist.

Responsibilities

• Shampoo, blow dry, and style clients
• Create polished blowouts for all different hair types and textures
• Style braids, updos, and other specialty looks
• Recommend products and treatments based on each client’s hair needs
• Build relationships with regular clients
• Work alongside a fun, fast-paced team
• Help give every client the confidence boost that comes with really good hair
