COSMETICS COUNTER MANAGER

About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and help shape the company’s reputation for customer service. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to achieve personal and counter goals. The role includes leading and coaching associates, growing counter business, meeting sales goals, assessing performance, and planning cosmetic events. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow counter business.
- Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
