About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to achieve their personal and counter goals. The role combines team leadership and coaching with customer service, sales, relationship development, and the planning and execution of cosmetic events. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Perform the duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
