About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and help shape its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to achieve their personal and counter goals. The role includes customer service, sales, team coaching, performance assessment, and planning cosmetic events. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
