About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to reach their personal and counter goals. The position involves delivering customer service, developing the counter business, achieving sales goals, and planning cosmetic events. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service; train, coach, and lead by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
