COSMETICS COUNTER MANAGER

About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to reach personal and counter goals. The expected base wage is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with commission and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications. Commission may vary by department, and pay ranges may differ by location.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
