COSMETICS COUNTER MANAGER
About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to reach personal and counter goals. The position includes motivating, training, coaching, and leading associates by example; growing counter business through customer relationships; performing cosmetics sales associate duties; assessing associate performance; and planning and executing cosmetic and gift-with-purchase events. The role requires availability for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow counter business.
- Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
