About The Position

The Corrugator Operator is responsible for preparing rolls for splices and order changes, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems, and safely operating and monitoring the facility boiler. This role requires accurate completion of maintenance records, effective communication with team members, vendors, and subcontractors, and performing other assigned tasks to support maintenance and production efficiency. Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.

Requirements

A high school diploma (or GED) is required.
One to two years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Prepare rolls for splices and order changes.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using appropriate tools, manuals, and schematics.
Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI.
Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress.
Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals and support plant operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall maintenance and production efficiency.
Willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.
