About The Position

The Utility/Corrugator is a vital part of our Corrugator Department in Winston Salem, NC. You will support the corrugator team flow by assisting operators, preparing machinery for production, stacking/unstacking materials, running a clamp truck, etc. to perform at peak efficiency. This is a fast-paced role perfect for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Ability to understand technical instructions and handle basic tools.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
• Willingness to work on 3rd shift, including overtime when required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production support, specifically within durable goods, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators in setting up and adjusting machinery for specific production runs.
• Observe equipment during operation to identify malfunctions or quality deviations early.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Load raw materials and safely remove finished products to keep the workflow continuous.
• Maintain a clean workspace and promptly report hazards or mechanical issues to supervisors.
