About The Position

At U.S. Bank Wealth Operations is hiring a Correction Specialist to support our Benefit Payment Services team within Corporate Trust. This individual will be responsible for managing daily tasks in BPM and processing within SLA, processing corrections or changes to pension payments, such as stopping and reissuing payments, processing fund movement through trust-to-trust transfers, initiating wire transfers, ACH and check payments, correcting tax forms per client direction, verifying and processing Positive Pay items, proactively identifying and correcting accounts that are out of balance, and collaborating with other roles within Benefit Payments Services, as well as partnering effectively with IT & C Client Services.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients
• Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
• Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
