The Benefits Specialist will work within the Region 4 Education Service Center (onsite and remotely) but will be an employee of First Financial Group of America. As a key member of the benefits team the Benefits Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department in all aspects of employee benefits. This position will ensure all staff benefits are processed accurately, will manage data, and review payroll file uploads for accuracy with focus on the employer contribution being allocated to the benefits allowed. Additionally, the position will perform other administrative duties as assigned by Region 4 ESC.
