About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring Corporate Valet Attendants in Boulder, Colorado, for part-time opportunities. The listed shifts are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates and retrieval instructions, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Attendants maintain a professional uniform and guest-service approach, help resolve customer issues, and may complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other projects. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and be able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate well in written and spoken language and interact with others in a friendly, professional manner.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• Be able to drive a manual transmission, as asked in the application questions.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide a professional, welcoming guest experience.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, or other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
