This role is responsible for managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), supporting subcontractor onboarding, maintaining business license records, coordinating vehicle fleet communications, and assisting with company events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
