This position oversees, provides direction to, and represents all activities and responsibilities assigned to and appropriate for Corporate Services and Facilities. Oversight responsibilities include Facilities management (enterprise headquarters, retail locations (75+ sites), remote ATMs (90+ sites), offsite facilities (2+ sites)), lease administration, budgeting, procurement and purchasing, mail operations, corporate vehicle fleet management, courier administration, and in-house print production. Oversees the management of all services for credit union building and maintenance projects, routine repair services, and related improvements including renovations and new facilities construction. Ensure maximum efficiency of operations, member and client satisfaction in fulfillment efforts and compliance with corporate policies.
