About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing organization. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across all departments and levels of the company. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent through advanced sourcing techniques and relationship-building strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with demonstrated success recruiting for multiple job functions and levels.
  • Proven experience proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience supporting a multi-site or nationwide workforce.
  • Experience recruiting for positions located throughout the nation.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and OFCCP requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization, including corporate, operational, professional, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's culture, values, and employment opportunities.
  • Ensure a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
