About The Position

Requirements

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, candidate-friendly demeanor
  • Ability to present and facilitate training sessions to groups of varying sizes, both virtually and in person
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Understanding of and experience with AI and prompt engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (preferred) - verbal and written
  • Prior internship or work experience in recruiting, HR, or staffing
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avionté Bold or similar)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR
  • Experience creating or delivering onboarding or training content
  • Knowledge of EEOC guidelines, FCRA, and general employment law basics

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate, administrative, and industrial positions using ATS tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and salary expectations
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Extend verbal and written job offers and guide candidates through pre-employment steps (background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.)
  • Build relationships with candidates and maintain talent pools for frequently hired positions
  • Assist with job posting creation and maintenance on internal and external platforms
  • Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Support outreach efforts to bilingual and multicultural communities to expand the candidate pipeline
  • Support and/or facilitate Day 1 new hire orientation sessions covering company overview, HR policies, and staffing software (Avionté Bold)
  • As needed, deliver training to new employees using prepared guides, presentations, and interactive tools
  • Support the continuous improvement of onboarding materials and training resources
  • Track new hire completion of onboarding milestones and communicate progress to HR and branch management
  • Act as a resource and point of contact for new employees during their initial ramp-up period
