Requirements

2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for corporate functions like Sales, Operations, Finance, or similar roles
Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Communication and relationship-building superpowers
The ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball or sacrificing quality
A data-driven mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in a high-growth company or staffing environment
Logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry experience

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing
Partner with hiring managers to decode role requirements and craft sourcing strategies
Hunt for top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events
Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews, then facilitate debrief sessions
Champion the candidate experience from day one through offer
Craft competitive offer letters and collaborate with HR on compensation benchmarking
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, pipeline health) using our ATS and turn data into insights that drive results
Amplify our employer brand through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and beyond
