Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions like Sales, Operations, Finance, or similar roles
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Communication and relationship-building superpowers
  • The ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball or sacrificing quality
  • A data-driven mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth company or staffing environment
  • Logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing
  • Partner with hiring managers to decode role requirements and craft sourcing strategies
  • Hunt for top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews, then facilitate debrief sessions
  • Champion the candidate experience from day one through offer
  • Craft competitive offer letters and collaborate with HR on compensation benchmarking
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, pipeline health) using our ATS and turn data into insights that drive results
  • Amplify our employer brand through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and beyond
