As a Corporate Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for some of our most strategic, high-value customers across multiple business units. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing key relationships, driving sales performance, and aligning our product and service offerings to customer needs. This is a highly visible role that requires strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development—preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, or composites.
  • Proven success managing large, complex accounts with multi-site or multi-division relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-60% to visit key accounts and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate-level key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain—to meet customer requirements and resolve issues quickly.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts, including introducing new products and services.
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent IP Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
