About The Position

The Corporate Intern in Operations supports the Customer Delivery Hub and gains hands-on experience in operational and related business areas. The role analyzes data, develops insights and recommendations, and contributes to functional projects and process improvements. The intern works under general supervision, follows established procedures, and may be paired with a mentor. Work is reviewed periodically by a coworker or supervisor, and the intern may provide general guidance or training to junior support personnel.

The role is based in a comfortable indoor environment. Work involves frequent periods of standing or sitting in one location, with some opportunity to move around; occasionally, the intern may stoop or lift light materials or equipment, typically under 8 pounds. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operational improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to translate data and analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses.
• Produce findings and draw conclusions from analyses.
• Make oral and written recommendations to management.
• Execute tasks related to functional projects and process improvements.
• Communicate issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
• Assist with research or special projects to support business initiatives and objectives.
• Resolve missing or incomplete information and inconsistencies or anomalies in routine research and data.
