About The Position

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is offering a corporate IT internship for Summer 2027 at its headquarters in Orlando, Florida. The internship is hybrid and may last 3 or 6 months. Interns gain on-site experience in a designated department, receive guidance from department leaders, attend sessions with senior executives, shadow another department, interview senior leaders, collaborate on a business project, join online business-exposure sessions, and connect with fellow interns. The internship pays $18.50. Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Hospitality, or Business. Housing and relocation are the students’ responsibility.

The intern will assist with day-to-day departmental operations and project planning and execution. Work includes shadowing the Business Analysis Team; participating in scope definition, requirements definition, and process modeling; creating task aids for common issues in Aha!, Jira, and Lucid; documenting AI agent functionality and usage; and assisting with process creation for product tasks. Interns who successfully complete the program receive priority consideration for future career opportunities at Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Hospitality, or Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to succinctly communicate ideas to leadership and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong process modeling skills.
• Skilled use of Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools.
• Ability to produce complex process flows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department-specific day-to-day operations.
