Reporting into Corporate Finance, this role partners closely with Corporate and Business Segment functional FP&A teams, SIOP and Executive Leadership to translate operational plans and risks into a clear, actionable financial outlook. The Corporate FP&A Manager serves as a central integrator across SIOP planning and enterprise reporting—ensuring financial alignment across regions, segments, and product lines. This role is particularly impactful during forecasting cycles, AOP development, and external reporting periods, providing both analytical depth and operational rigor to support executive and Board-level decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance.
  • Strong experience supporting forecasting, AOP, and external reporting processes.
  • Solid understanding of SIOP, operational drivers, and manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; comfort working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems, BI tools, and reporting automation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, executive-ready insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements consistent financial analysis tools and templates for internal and external reporting across the enterprise with data interpretation including sales growth, margin mix analysis, SG&A drivers, currency, and cost take out initiatives.
  • Monitor and support monthly SIOP demand and supply plan executive reviews across US/CAN, LATAM, and EMEA in Weeks 2 & 3 for the Water (and Energy) Segments.
  • Lead monthly financial support for the SIOP Finance Alignment review in Week 4, capturing risks and opportunities (R&O) and translating them into the enterprise financial forecast.
  • Prepare and deliver enterprise Operations Review analysis, providing insight into volume, mix, margin, cost, and working capital drivers.
  • Manage the enterprise Forecast (PxF) process, including development, documentation, and governance of key assumptions.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure forecast accuracy, alignment to operational realities, and clear articulation of risks and upside opportunities.
  • Identify and build robust processes and ease of information sharing from and between process partners in Corporate Finance, Global Operations Accounting and Segment FP&A teams.
  • Primary financial support for Corporate Segment functional departments.
  • Collaborate with the functional teams on variance reporting to prior year, forecasts and AOP.
  • Maintain headcount budgets and forecasts for comparison to actuals.
  • Own GLBI maintenance and governance, including: New account and entity setup, Rolling of accounting and forecast periods, Forecast version management, FX forecast and budget rate files utilized by automation tools (Robot).
  • Serve as a core contributor to standard enterprise reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency across FP&A processes.
  • Supports the month end closing activities ensuring linkage to projections by Segment and Corporate and presentations (e.g. Ops Review, Board, Street Consensus) to investigate gaps to targeted results and help develop mitigation actions as needed.
  • Prepare PBE reporting packages for Deloitte, including: Complete P&L reporting packets, FX impact on Net Sales analysis, Sales bridge analysis, Acquisition P&Ls, Corporate SG&A analysis, Gross profit analysis by Segment and Enterprise, Other Income/Expense reporting, FX analysis.
  • Prepare additional PBE deliverables, including: Earnings Release Tables and Records, Sales by Region, Sales by Product, Sales mix analysis.
  • Prepare Earnings Release materials, including: Press release MD&A and financial content, Earnings release presentation materials, CFO script support.
  • Prepare 10‑Q and 10-K MD&A drafts for leadership review.
  • Assist with Segment and Geographic footnotes for the 10‑K.
  • Support enterprise Board of Directors reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and executive readiness.
  • Support development of Investor Relation marketing material and tracking / analysis of sell-side analysts’ estimates used in Consensus.
  • Manage the Annual Operating Plan (PxB) process at the enterprise level, including: Development and governance of planning assumptions (e.g., merit, FX rates) and milestone reviews, Alignment to enterprise targets (e.g., CapEx, SG&A leverage, sales growth, operating income growth).
  • Manage GLBI AOP setup and maintenance, including versions, periods, and structural updates.
  • Partner with segment and functional leaders to challenge assumptions and ensure financial plans are robust, realistic, and aligned to strategy.
  • Publish and maintain standardized modeling templates to support consistency, governance, and decision quality across the enterprise for: M&A valuation (DCF), PAR CapEx NPV analysis, Make vs. Buy NPV analysis, New Product Development (NPD) NPV analysis.
