About The Position

This position supports the Corporate Business Unit and will be responsible for overall Corporate P&L management and Consolidated results, including the Long-Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan and forecasts, providing financial updates to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The position will track and analyze General & Administrative expenses (including incentive plan performance), capital spending, free cash flow and perform various other key ad-hoc analyses. This position will also play an active leadership role in management of the enterprise planning tool and advancing the Finance team’s Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree required
Solid knowledge and experience in the development and application of financial, analytical and budgetary techniques, including statistical analysis.
Strong working knowledge of GAAP, operations, supply chain, and financial analysis.
Experience with computer modeling, management reporting systems and computer applications.
Ability to create and manage databases and Excel based financial models.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret results, understand implications and communicate to business users.
5+ years experience in finance role with large organization.

Nice To Haves

MBA or CPA with Big 4 experience preferred
FP&A experience in a multi-unit restaurant and/or retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and compile monthly detailed financial results and analysis for presentation to the CFO and SLT. This will include variance explanations versus forecast, prior year, and the annual operating plan.
Lead the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan for the Corporate Business Unit and in Consolidation.
Lead the preparation of the forecast process for the Corporate business unit including headcount reporting and analysis of General & Administrative spend / forecast across multiple functional partners.
Lead the Finance Team’s BI efforts including prioritization among all project requests and partnering with IT on design, development and deployment.
