About The Position

This position supports the Corporate Business Unit and will be responsible for overall Corporate P&L management and Consolidated results, including the Long-Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan and forecasts, providing financial updates to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The position will track and analyze General & Administrative expenses (including incentive plan performance), capital spending, free cash flow and perform various other key ad-hoc analyses. This position will also play an active leadership role in management of the enterprise planning tool and advancing the Finance team’s Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the development and application of financial, analytical and budgetary techniques, including statistical analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP, operations, supply chain, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with computer modeling, management reporting systems and computer applications.
  • Ability to create and manage databases and Excel based financial models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret results, understand implications and communicate to business users.
  • 5+ years experience in finance role with large organization.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or CPA with Big 4 experience preferred
  • FP&A experience in a multi-unit restaurant and/or retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and compile monthly detailed financial results and analysis for presentation to the CFO and SLT. This will include variance explanations versus forecast, prior year, and the annual operating plan.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan for the Corporate Business Unit and in Consolidation.
  • Lead the preparation of the forecast process for the Corporate business unit including headcount reporting and analysis of General & Administrative spend / forecast across multiple functional partners.
  • Lead the Finance Team’s BI efforts including prioritization among all project requests and partnering with IT on design, development and deployment.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis which support key business decisions
