About The Position
Join Payoneer as a Corporate Development & M&A Associate, where you'll leverage your financial modeling and market analysis skills to evaluate acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with global teams in a hybrid work environment to drive strategic growth and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong quantitative skills in financial modeling and market analysis, with past experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a similar analytical role
- Strong communication skills, including development of clear memos and presentations to senior management at the Company
- Collaborative mindset to work within the team and across different functions of Payoneer
Nice To Haves
- Experience within the payments industry and understanding of its current evolution across the world a plus
Responsibilities
- Building in-depth financial models, analyses and presentations to help Management discuss merits of acquisition vs. partnership vs. building in-house
- Performing detailed due diligence on potential transactions
- Conducting research of key areas of M&A focus, including analysis of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and reaching out to targets identified
- Attending conferences to build M&A pipeline; maintaining relationships with investment banks
