The M&A Business Development Associate will be an integral part of Xite’s business development team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with owners of dental, medical, and healthcare practices who may be considering a sale, partnership, or strategic transaction. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members, financial analysts, and transaction advisors to help practice owners understand the value of their business, evaluate potential exit or partnership opportunities, and navigate the process of taking their company to market. This position offers hands-on exposure to the full M&A process, including prospecting, deal origination, valuation discussions, marketing preparation, buyer outreach, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction execution. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-driven, polished, comfortable with outbound sales activity, and interested in building a career in healthcare M&A, private equity, practice sales, and commercial real estate.
