About The Position

This role involves working with a leading Corporate/M&A partner, with a focus on deal-making, representing buyers and sellers in various industries. The team is commercially minded, creative, and practical, handling middle-market transactions ($50m - $1b) and advising on larger transactions ($1b+). The Corporate group also engages in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm.
• Experience in a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures.
• Work authorization confirmed by E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Work with a leading Corporate/M&A partner.
• Handle a variety of transactions, including joint ventures.
• Represent buyers and sellers in middle-market transactions valued between $50m and $1b.
• Advise founders and significant investors in $1b+ transactions.
• Represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups.
• Engage in work within Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax.
