Lerners LLP is seeking a Corporate Compliance Clerk to support their Business Law team in London, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or as a Corporate Law Clerk. The primary duties involve updating and maintaining a high volume of minute books, preparing annual resolutions, completing annual filings for clients, and maintaining electronic minute books. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
