About The Position

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen years of age.
Must be able to commute to different dealership locations.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to quickly learn substantive product and service information.
Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Pull inquiries from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Respond to inquiries by phone, text, chat, or email according to the potential customer's stated preference.
Serve as a first-level expert on products and services, the purchase process, and the DARCARS brand.
Convert inquiries into dealership visits and set appointments for test drives and additional selection or purchase support.
Follow customer communication scripts.
Record all customer contact activity and information in the CRM in real time.
Develop and maintain relationships with related store personnel.
Meet or exceed individual performance objectives, including response time and conversions.
Commute between dealership locations.
