Airport Marina Honda is seeking a motivated, results-driven Internet Sales Professional to join their growing sales team. As a high-volume Honda dealership with partnerships in the Costco Auto Program and TrueCar, they are looking for an automotive sales professional skilled in responding to leads, building customer relationships, setting appointments, consistent follow-up, and converting opportunities into sales. This role is ideal for a competitive, customer-focused individual looking to increase their income in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
• Consistent follow-up and appointment-setting skills
• Confidence presenting vehicles, handling objections, and closing sales
• Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Internet or e-commerce sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet and e-commerce leads
• Contact customers by phone, text, and email
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and present suitable vehicle options
• Set qualified appointments and improve appointment show rates
• Follow up with unsold prospects and customers planning future purchases
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
• Present vehicles, explain features and technology, and conduct test drives
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Stay current on inventory, pricing, incentives, and promotions
• Identify additional sales opportunities and work toward monthly goals
• Complete required dealership and Honda training
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience
