Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chat requests.
Build relationships with customers through email, text, phone calls, and in-person appointments.
Schedule and confirm showroom visits and test drives.
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Follow up consistently with customers using CRM tools and dealership systems.
Work with sales and management teams to achieve monthly goals.
Maintain product knowledge of Kia vehicles, features, financing options, and dealership services.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through final delivery.
Help generate positive online reviews and customer satisfaction scores.
