About The Position
SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Senior Associate, for a large prestigious firm in San Diego. The ideal candidate has: strong academic credentials and 5-6 years of experience in general corporate securities matters with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers is also desired. Large from experience and strong academic credentials are required as well as admission to the CA bar.
Requirements
