Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with QuickBooks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong bookkeeping and account reconciliation experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues.
Enjoys balancing accounting work with administrative responsibilities.
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality while working with sensitive financial, personnel, and executive-level information.
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage the accounting and bookkeeping functions for auxiliary companies using QuickBooks.
Reconcile and oversee corporate credit card accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and expense tracking.
Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate corporate travel, including airfare, hotels, rental cars, and travel itineraries.
Plan and coordinate corporate meetings, leadership events, and company functions.
Maintain confidential financial and business information with the highest level of professionalism.
Work closely with corporate leadership on special projects and operational initiatives.
Assist with administrative and accounting projects as the company continues to grow.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
