Core Systems Analyst | XP2 & CORELATION KEYSTONE
About The Position
This role is for a Core Systems Analyst who will play a key role in the conversion from Fiserv XP2 to Corelation Keystone for a DFW Credit Union. The position involves supporting requirements gathering, system configuration, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation. The analyst will participate in mock conversions, testing, and UAT, as well as assist with interface and third-party integration testing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting conversion issues, supporting cutover planning, go-live, and post-conversion stabilization, and assisting with Corelation Keystone administration post-implementation. The role also involves maintaining workflows, forms, user access, reports, scheduled processes, and system documentation, as well as monitoring system interfaces, file transmissions, and integrations. Additionally, the analyst will create and support reports, queries, data extracts, and business requests, and coordinate with internal departments and technology vendors. This is an opportunity to significantly impact a major technology initiative by shaping the conversion, testing, implementation, and future Corelation Keystone environment.
Requirements
- Previous bank or credit union technology experience is required
- Experience supporting or administering a core banking platform
- Previous participation in a core conversion, major implementation, or significant platform upgrade
- Experience with system testing, UAT, data mapping, reconciliation, or configuration
- Understanding of banking system integrations, APIs, interfaces, and file transfers
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams
Nice To Haves
- Credit union experience is strongly preferred
- Fiserv XP2 experience is strongly preferred
- Corelation Keystone experience is highly preferred
- SQL, reporting, query, or data analysis experience is highly desirable
- Candidates who have participated in an XP2 to Corelation Keystone conversion or have administered either platform
- Candidates with strong experience in other major bank or credit union cores
Responsibilities
