About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing retail role responsible for delivering a world-class shopping experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding engaging ways to attract and serve Pandora customers. As a Core Staff Associate, you will provide consistent support to the store and its customers, share product knowledge, and inspire customers to style jewellery that expresses their stories. The role includes cross-training across store functions and supporting and mentoring new team members. The position typically involves up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. Shifts may include nights, weekends, holidays, peak hours, and other critical shifts. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Dependability and availability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
