Part Time Core Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing store team member who delivers a world-class shopping experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract Pandora customers. As part of the store’s core staff, the associate provides reliable support through consistent schedules and responsibilities, shares product knowledge, and inspires customers to style their jewellery. The role involves cross-training across store functions, meeting performance indicators, supporting and mentoring new team members, and helping maintain store merchandising and operational standards. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
- At least 18 years of age, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; scheduled work may include peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Nice To Haves
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred.
- A consistent schedule is preferred.

- Deliver memorable shopping experiences through product knowledge and by building brand loyalty.
- Engage customers authentically and foster lasting relationships beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to support smooth, on-brand store operations.
- Deliver on key performance indicators and become cross-trained across store functions.
- Mentor and support new team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
