About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora's Lenox Square store delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a core staff member, the associate provides reliable support for the team and customers through consistent schedules and responsibilities. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and helping them express their stories through Pandora products. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred; hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week.
Dependability for scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
