About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a core staff member, the associate provides reliable support for the store and team through consistent schedules and responsibilities. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and helping them express their stories and passions. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application. The position typically involves up to 12 hours during base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, with a maximum of 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. The associate may be regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends. Pay is $20.60–$24.65 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 or more pounds.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
Dependability for scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
