About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing member of the Pandora store team who delivers a world-class shopping experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. Core Staff Associates provide reliable support for the store through consistent schedules and responsibilities. The role includes sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style jewellery, and helping them express their stories through Pandora products. The position requires completion of an assessment emailed after application submission.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of an organization and engage an audience.
At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred.
