About The Position

QCHI is seeking an early-career creative to write and produce content for LendNation in the United States and Speedy Cash in Canada. Writing is the foundation of the role, which includes developing long- and short-form copy for websites, print materials, emails, SMS, corporate communications, newsletters, and other marketing assets, and helping bring approved concepts to life through layouts and production work. The copywriter will work with the marketing team and an experienced designer, adapt approved creative concepts and templates into finished materials, and use company-approved AI tools to explore ideas, develop drafts, and improve production efficiency while applying independent judgment to ensure deliverables are accurate, polished, and consistent with each brand. The role is suited to someone with strong writing fundamentals, some hands-on layout experience, and an interest in developing broader creative skills. Brand guidance, feedback, and opportunities to learn the company’s tools and workflows will be provided. The engagement begins at approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of growing toward 40 hours as onboarding progresses and the fit develops. Additional hours depend on business needs, work quality, and mutual agreement. The position is remote or hybrid, with proximity to the Kansas City area preferred. The employee must work or reside in a state where QCHI is registered as an employer and follow applicable work-from-home or in-office requirements. Standard physical demands for digital work environments apply.

  • Follow company guidance for approved AI tools and confidential information.
  • Attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned deliverables and collaborate with a marketing team.
