About The Position

MMGY Global is seeking a Copywriter to work on campaigns for travel brands from its Overland Park, Kansas, or Detroit, Michigan office. The role calls for conceptual thinking and a distinctive perspective, with applicants asked to provide a portfolio showcasing ideas, headlines, and copy. The Copywriter collaborates with an Art Director and presents creative work to clients and internal teams. Occasional out-of-town travel is required. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and advertising.
Understanding of copywriting, conceptual ideation, and campaign development.
Strong time-management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Portfolio showcasing ideas, headlines, and copy.

Responsibilities

Concept campaign ideas with an Art Director partner.
Write a range of copy, including headlines and emails.
Present work to clients and internal creative teams.
Run voice-over sessions and assist with shoots, edits, and related production activities.
Help foster an energetic, team-centered work environment.
Travel out of town occasionally.
