About The Position

We are currently looking for a MEP Project Coordinator to join our construction team. As a MEP Project Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Entrepreneurial Spirit. The Procurement Administrator is responsible for supporting the Procurement manager for all elements of the coordination of the procurement process at the company. Accountable to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Administrator works in collaboration with the DRS team and delivers quality work on time. The below tasks may vary between each Procurement Administrator at the discretion of the Procurement Manager. Each Procurement Administrator may be faced with different challenges.

Requirements

  • The Procurement Administrator is responsible for supporting the Procurement manager for all elements of the coordination of the procurement process at the company.
  • Accountable to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Administrator works in collaboration with the DRS team and delivers quality work on time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with DRS purchase and rental invoicing (scanning, PDF creation).
  • Review invoices as directed by Procurement Manager.
  • Send invoices for supplies to job sites on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct quality control on the conformity of the invoices.
  • Follow-up on accounts payable and accounts receivable for DRS and Broccolini.
  • Assemble purchase documents (digital back up, vendor quote, packing slip, and invoice) in the appropriate file to be finalized.
  • Work closely with Montreal and Toronto Accounting teams with regards to invoice payments.
  • Dispatch and coordinate external transportation/deliveries as needed.
  • Organize site equipment transportation.
  • Maintain DRS security equipment management system (e.g., Dell Core fence and PPI equipment).
  • Update and maintain log of tools and equipment (e.g., Hilti, OpenSpace), issue POs for rentals as required.
  • Liaise with sites and Driver as needed to confirm receipt of orders, gather packing slips and delivery documentation as necessary.
  • Support required workforce training and corporate events as required
  • Maintain site sign catalog and place signage orders.
  • Open new supplier accounts as directed.
  • Create POs for new vehicles and trailers.
  • Correspond with Executives to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Maintain Truck and Trailer Logs, ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vehicle users to ensure insurance slips are up to date and in the driver's possession.
  • Ensure registration stickers are up to date on all vehicles.
  • Manage branding and modernization initiatives as directed.
  • Track vehicle mileage (in kilometers).
  • Update and maintain log of drones and drone pilots.
  • Register drones with Transport Canada.
  • Obtain and manage insurance for drones and drone pilots.
  • Receive and resolve technical support requests for DroneDeploy software.
