About The Position

Requirements
- A high school diploma
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing employees
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Enjoy working outdoors and be physically fit to do so
- A valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in shipping/receiving or inventory management (an asset)
- Knowledge of truck transportation (an asset)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform cargo inspections for inbound and outbound trucks at the terminal
- Ensure the accuracy of all cargo loadings
- Maintain close communication with the clerk responsible for inventory maintenance in the company’s database
- Ensure effective and professional communication with drivers
- Assist and guide operators during loading operations
- Perform manual work as required
- Work primarily outdoors, in all weather conditions
- Be required to work at Trois-Rivières terminals
- Mainly daytime schedule, with occasional overtime in the evenings and on weekends
