About The Position

GardaWorld is seeking a dynamic leader to join its Montreal team as Operations Director. This role involves supporting and optimizing operations in a constantly evolving environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Director, acting as a strategic partner and key player in coordinating and aligning work teams with the organization's objectives. The role fosters a service excellence culture, ensuring client expectations are understood, met, and integrated into all operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to the English-speaking clientele served.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Director in the operational management of service contracts, ensuring file follow-up, coordination of field actions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction among work teams.
• Supervise and support teams in applying established directives, processes, and practices for customer management, ensuring consistency and quality of services rendered.
• Assist the Regional Director with high-potential clients, including preparing analyses, monitoring action plans, and implementing agreed-upon development initiatives.
• Utilize financial performance indicators to guide operational priorities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure efficient resource management in support of the Regional Director.
• Actively participate in the planning, organization, and control of daily operations, ensuring coordination between teams and adherence to established priorities.
