About The Position

Aubainerie, a Quebec-based fashion entity since 1944, has distinguished itself and grown year after year. Currently experiencing significant growth, we are seeking an IT Operations Director for our head office to contribute to its success. This role is essential for ensuring the stability, performance, and adequacy of technological solutions for the company's daily operations. The IT Operations Director is responsible for the support and evolution of application systems surrounding the company's operations. They supervise a multidisciplinary internal/external team dedicated to supporting and updating applications, resolving anomalies (bugs), managing system integrations, and implementing minor improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing and supporting complex IT environments, including 5 years in team management.
Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure platform technologies is an essential condition.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, request/anomaly tracking tools, and project management tools.
Experience with Dynamics 365 environments and integration with legacy in-house solutions.
Experience in the retail or distribution sector and related technologies: ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce platforms, etc.
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in English is required, due to the need to collaborate with certain suppliers, partners, or clients located outside Quebec, and to use technological platforms and tools available only in English.

Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Test Manager is an asset.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for application operations and enterprise systems in a hybrid environment combining ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and internal applications, to ensure stability, performance, anomaly correction, and implementation of minor improvements.
Develop diagnostics and propose action plans to improve system performance and optimize operational processes.
Support the Senior Director in developing the IT department budget and ensure cost tracking related to external partners, evolution projects, and operational maintenance.
Supervise and orchestrate internal and external resources (partners and suppliers) to ensure optimal management of incidents, requests, and evolutions, while collaborating with other IT teams.
Lead updates and evolution of the Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with best practices.
Implement and maintain clear documentation (policies, procedures, user guides, and technical manuals) to ensure knowledge longevity and organizational compliance.
Support good governance and change management processes, particularly through communication and awareness among stakeholders, to foster smooth adoption of new technological solutions.
Collaborate with business units to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and align technological solutions with the company's growth objectives.
Mentor, develop, and mobilize a multidisciplinary IT team (analysts, developers, system administrators), ensuring their professional progression and collective performance.
Track, analyze, and present key performance indicators (SLAs, system availability, user satisfaction) to management, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure continuous technological watch to identify best practices, anticipate risks, and recommend innovative solutions to support the competitiveness and evolution of the company's operations.
Act as an advisor to IT management, contributing to the development of the technological roadmap and recommending targeted investments.
Perform other related tasks; provide assistance and support to various teams to achieve common company objectives.
