About The Position

Enbridge Gaz Québec is looking for an engaged and dynamic individual to fill the position of Coordinator, Work Management Centre. Reporting to the Work Management Centre, the incumbent plays a key role in coordinating and monitoring activities related to new natural gas service installations, as well as field repair work. Working closely with the Operations and Customer Care teams, as well as various contractors and external partners, they ensure the creation and management of work orders, and the follow-up of work, permits, and locates.

Requirements

  • The incumbent must be fluent in French. Since this individual will be required to interact frequently with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers who do not speak French, they must have a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with the company’s internal and external customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the following software would be considered an asset: Office Suite, Maximo, CCWS, and Markview.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requests and create the appropriate Work Orders for service installations.
  • Order, track, and manage permits and locates in order to release work to the construction team.
  • Manage Power BI reports related to gas requests.
  • Manage customer requests related to field repairs.
  • Analyze repair requests.
  • Coordinate and manage field repair work with contractors.
  • Analyze invoices and enter data into the appropriate systems.
  • Support the Damage Prevention team during vacation periods and absences by processing locate authorizations.
  • Participate in and support work planning activities in collaboration with the planning, construction, and market development teams.
  • Identify and correct system integration errors and ensure technical records are updated.
