About The Position

Under the authority of the Director – Partnerships and Animation, the incumbent coordinates all of the department's activities. Their objective is to assist and support the team in delivering on partnership agreements and special events produced by the park.

Requirements

  • College diploma in Management and Administration.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • At least 2 years of experience in animation, including 1 year in a management position.
  • Knowledge of the Windows and Office environment.
  • Bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written, due to the presence of unilingual English-speaking clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the event industry.
  • Knowledge of MS Project.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentation documents and year-end reports for partners.
  • Ensure internal communication for all department activities and administrative follow-up (budget, purchase orders, reports, distribution of promotional tickets).
  • Ensure sponsorship activation – on-site signage, client visits, reports, etc.
  • Supervise sampling and filming activities, etc.
  • Participate in the design and supervise animation projects, according to available structures and budgets.
  • Manage personnel under their responsibility, in accordance with company policies, collective agreements, and current practices.
  • Organize, coordinate, supervise, and participate in the setup and dismantling of animation.
  • Participate in the development of reports concerning their sector's activities.
  • Plan, in collaboration with their immediate supervisor, human and material resource needs.
  • Participate in the development of work schedules for animators in collaboration with the supervision team.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
