About The Position

Manages all stages of workforce training program development, implementation and delivery, data management, documentation, and reporting of program deliverables with specific focus on our Core Automation and Semiconductor Training (CAST) and the Semiconductor Technician Advanced Rapid Start (STARS) programs. The Coordinator supports student recruitment, onboarding, enrollment, and retention. This position serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students, providing guidance throughout the enrollment process while ensuring a welcoming, student-centered experience. The Coordinator works collaboratively with program staff, faculty, community partners, and college departments to support enrollment goals and student success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student services, admissions, enrollment management, workforce development, education, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using student information systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with multicultural student populations and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities for the CAST and STARS programs, including outreach events, information sessions, and community engagement efforts.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments.
  • Maintain consistent communication with applicants regarding deadlines, documentation, orientation, and enrollment requirements.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives in collaboration with program leadership and communications staff.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and program materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records in accordance with FERPA and institutional policies.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to enrollment processes and student engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain enrollment reports, participation data, and program tracking metrics.
  • Support scheduling, logistics, and communication for program events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Assist with compliance requirements, grant reporting, and documentation as needed.
  • Guide students through the admissions, registration, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist students with completing applications, forms, and required enrollment documentation.
  • Monitor enrollment status and maintain accurate student records in institutional databases and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and onboarding activities for new participants.
