Reporting to the Manager, Sustainable Development Projects, the Project Coordinator will support the delivery and financial control for a portfolio of 40+ environmental projects by managing portfolio-level cost forecasting, budgeting and reporting, and by promoting consistent project controls, tools and processes. The role partners closely with Project Managers, Project Directors and Finance to improve cost performance, reporting accuracy and project delivery across the portfolio. In this role, you will support improvements to cost management tools and processes, including earned value management, estimating standards, and risk-based analysis techniques (e.g., Monte Carlo). The position may provide project controls support for key projects and will identify opportunities to improve, automate, or integrate technology to enhance team efficiency and accuracy. Success in this role requires a highly organized, methodical and detail-oriented individual with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills — able to present financial insights simply to non-finance audiences. The individual must demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
