Responsibilities include assigning incoming orders and liaising with the warehouse and distribution center.  Accurate reporting and preparation of orders for customers is key, as is clear communication.

Requirements

  • You are someone with previous experience with Blue Yonder or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • You are someone with professional customer service skills with a confident approach.
  • You are someone who can show professionalism.
  • You are someone who has high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • You are someone who can articulate both written and verbally.
  • You are someone who has experience in a warehouse or inventory role.

Responsibilities

  • You will be processing incoming orders and liaising with distribution leadership, transportation and customer services.
  • You will coordinate the priority and pick level process of orders and maintain priority of emergency replenishment and orders.
  • You will ensure communication between picker leadership and replenishment leadership for stock replenishment needs and troubleshoot, as need.
  • You will accurately prepare and process orders for customers, both externally and internally.
  • You will be assigned to monitor the work, including staging, wave times, and pick assignments for various teams.
  • You will coordinate the process of batching all incoming orders together by service level and order type.
  • You will manage all the shipments for processing.
  • You possess a strong working knowledge of all department groups, including Warehousing, Distribution and Transportation.
